- Direct Primary Care Membership Overview
- Not Health Insurance: Blue Ocean Direct Primary Care is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership practice. DPC is NOT health insurance. Membership covers routine primary care services provided directly in our office as outlined in your individual Membership Agreement.
- Outside Services: Our membership does not cover services rendered by outside providers, including emergency room care, hospitalizations, specialist visits, surgical procedures, advanced imaging (MRIs, CT scans, X-rays), or prescription medications filled at outside retail pharmacies.
- Billing & Cancellation: Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation terms, re-enrollment fees, and member rates for additional procedures are governed by the specific terms of the Blue Ocean Patient Membership Agreement signed upon enrollment.
- Permitted Use of Website You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
