Scheduling as a non-member patient gives you the opportunity to try out the practice prior to committing to a monthly membership fee. If you decide to join the practice as a member on your first non-member visit then your payment will be credited towards your membership.
HSA / FSA cards accepted. We DO NOT do any insurance billing. Per request, a superbill will be provided if you wish to seek insurance reimbursement for your visit (non-Medicare insurance only).
